This follow-up does not change the core phase percentages. It turns the implemented controls into deterministic, discoverable demonstrations and records review evidence separately.

The Crescendo sample intentionally stays deterministic and offline. Live semantic promotion remains owned by the calibrated-corpus workflow, avoiding a second uncalibrated model path that could be mistaken for production evidence.

Validation snapshot

  • Repository CI runs the comprehensive evaluation and test suites across every supported target framework, with intentional skips documented by the owning tests.
  • Gatekeeper phase reviews include focused adversarial evaluations, full-suite regressions, and scoped MAF Doctor checks on changed MAF code.
  • The synchronized sample manifest, catalog contracts, offline launcher oracles, Release sample build, formatter verification, and DocFX build all pass.
  • The Gatekeeper offline sample suite (all 28 offline-capable samples) runs non-interactively in CI on every pull request; each sample throws on any invariant failure, so the launcher oracles are no longer menu-only.
  • The scoped MAF Doctor review reports grade B with no errors. Its remaining observability and cost findings are reviewed fixture limitations, known remote-boundary constraints, or bounded false positives.
  • A repo-root MAF Doctor run is polluted by ignored .claude/worktrees and reports duplicate/generated findings; the changed Gatekeeper source scope is the recorded health boundary for this review.
  • New work must introduce no warnings beyond the established repository baseline.
  • Live semantic calibration is never treated as evidence of production generalization when it uses the calibration set itself. Inline promotion still requires representative data and the existing calibration safeguards.

Release posture

The core Gatekeeper phases, showcase work, and documentation/sample assurance phases are complete and included in the current release line. Phase 4's deferred endpoint check limits only the promotion claim for a real remote A2A boundary; it does not erase the completed local composition, gate implementation, or reviewed calibration. No unsupported or demand-gated surface may be reported as fully enforced.
